New Horizon Academy – Land O’Lakes is located conveniently in Arden Hills, Minnesota on the Land O’Lakes campus off I-694 and Lexington Avenue. We proudly serve as Land O’Lakes’ corporate-sponsored childcare center, while also welcoming families from the public! We have been serving families in Arden Hills, Shoreview, North Oaks, Vadnais Heights, Little Canada, and New Brighton with quality childcare and early education services since 2018. Our school has two infant daycare rooms, two toddler daycare rooms, and three preschool and pre-kindergarten rooms. At our Arden Hills childcare, we use a comprehensive curriculum that includes character development, STEAM, literacy, motor skills, and more, all with an emphasis on building confident and excited learners. Manda joined New Horizon Academy as an infant teacher in 2002. After working as a classroom teacher for two years, she began working as an Assistant Director. After gaining valuable management experience, Manda then moved into the director position and served at various New Horizon Academy locations before opening up our school located on the Land O’Lakes campus in 2018.
Sarah joined New Horizon Academy as a float teacher in 2014. She then worked as a preschool teacher and was a two-time Teacher of Distinction award winner. Soon after, she started the Early Childhood Management Training Program and worked at various New Horizon Academy locations before becoming the Assistant Director at our school located on the Land O’Lakes campus in 2021.

Our kids absolutely love the staff and getting to be with their friends at daycare! It is reassuring to know they are being so well taken care of, and having fun and learning in the process. They enjoy tons of outdoor activities, are given balanced meals, and parents get photos and updates throughout the day. The school also offers extra activities like Spanish, gymnastics, music, and soccer. It is a well run daycare and learning center.

Our Arden Hills daycare center is open Monday-Friday every day with the exception of nine holidays:
*On Christmas Eve, New Horizon Academy closes at 3:00 p.m.
*If one of these holidays falls on a weekend, it will be observed on either Friday or Monday.
*Our school will remain open during inclement weather to ensure children still have access to quality childcare.
Our Arden Hills school offers both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate the different needs of our families.

Yes! At New Horizon Academy Arden Hills (Land O’Lakes), we have an on-site cook trained in nutrition, USDA guidelines, and proper portions for young children. Our school provides nutritious and nourishing meals every day including breakfast, lunch, and snack.
If your child has a special nutritional need, a food allergy, or requires adaptation to our menu, please alert our school director, and we will partner with your family to create a suitable meal plan.
