Family Testimonials

What do you like best about New Horizon Academy-Fridley?

We are over the moon pleased with the excellent quality of care our son receives. Without exception, our experiences with each staff member are wonderful and we have absolute confidence that each of his teachers and aides have his well-being (and that of all the other kids) at the forefront of their actions. The staff who care for our son are devoted to children, approachable, patient, kindhearted, knowledgeable about child development and enthusiastic. They are responsive to the needs of my son and the other children. And above all, have consistently demonstrated their competence and trustworthiness. Deciding who to care for your child is one of the most critical decisions a parent can make. Thanks to everything mentioned above about the phenomenal infant room staff, both my husband and I feel very comfortable with the choice we have made to place our son at New Horizon Academy.

I love every last one of the staff members, they are like family to us and great with my boys.

I've been impressed by the organization of the infant room - each child's clipboard, feeding sheet on the cabinet, and cubby, with everything easily handy. The actual pictures of all the babies throughout the room are also great - it helps to know that the teachers take the time to capture fun moments, when we are not around. The teachers seem like they really care about my baby, and I know he is happy to go to them when I drop off. It makes me feel good to know that he's getting sincere care when I am at work!

The staff, everyone respects my child and me. They answer all my questions and greet my child and me by name everyday. My child is an infant, but as he develops more, he will recognize the loving supporting community we bring him to everyday.
