At New Horizon Academy, we are proud to support the educational advancement of all of our teachers and staff. We provide financial assistance to those earning their Child Development Associate certificate (CDA), associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in early childhood education. How Much of My Education is Paid for by New Horizon Academy?
Yes, you read the chart correctly! Teachers and staff get 100% of their CDA or associate degree in early childhood education paid for by New Horizon Academy! For employees earning their bachelor’s or master’s degree in early childhood education, New Horizon Academy will provide a significant amount of money that you can use towards your degree. Teachers who are interested in the program should talk to their school director to learn how to begin.

At New Horizon Academy, we are a community. As you complete your CDA, associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree, our directors, teachers, and staff will be there to support you every step of the way.
