Assistant Director

Potential candidates must be organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Potential candidates must:

  • Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
  • Meet the Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation.
  • Have knowledge of MN Rule 3, childcare assistance, NAEYC, SEEDS, ezWrite, STEAM and curriculum.
  • Have management experience in a licensed childcare setting.
