New Horizon Academy is Growing

New Horizon Academy is expanding and is seeking locations in key markets.

While the pandemic has changed the look of child care in many different markets, New Horizon Academy is continuously looking for new ways to serve families and their children in a safe, loving, and learning environment. We are expanding our employer-sponsored care program, as well as examining opportunities for school acquisitions to provide families quality care and education.

  • On-site parking as required by code

  • Convenient and safe access

Demographic Criteria:

  • $85,000+, 3-mile median household income
  • 1,500+ children 0–4 years old within 3 miles

  • Primarily first floor space
  • Direct access to secured outdoor play area, 5,000 sq. ft. minimum
  • Parent drop-off and pick-up parking within close proximity to premises
  • Adequate staff parking or proximity to off-site public parking and/or public transit
  • Highly visible exterior building signage

Demographic Requirements:

  • Dense surrounding population of white collar employment

  • $85,000+ median household income and 1,500+ children 0–4 years old within 2 miles
