I have been an avid reader for most of my life and now get to share my passion of reading with my own children. My husband and I enjoy trying out new ice cream shops throughout Minnesota. In my own spare time, I enjoy time at the gym trying out different classes. At the end of the day, I enjoy a relaxing night at home with my family.

I enjoy building relationships with the children and their families. I am a strong believer in the phrase “it takes a village.” Early childhood care and education is all about building the foundations of those “villages,” truly supporting the children and their families.

My son has been going to New Horizon Academy in Chaska since he was 6 months old. They have been wonderful with him! They are always friendly and keep me informed on how he’s doing and even send me pictures throughout the day. The teachers and staff make it feel like home there.
