The St. Paul Downtown New Horizon Academy is conveniently located in the Securian building off 6th and Robert Street in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. We proudly serve as Securian Financial’s corporate-sponsored childcare center, while also welcoming families from the public. Our daycare opened in 2000 and is one of six New Horizon Academy schools in St. Paul. We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and hold a four-star rating from Minnesota Parent Aware. Our St. Paul childcare center high-quality care and education for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-kindergarteners. All of our classrooms utilize a comprehensive curriculum, which incorporates reading, STEAM, social-emotional learning, and more. I highly recommend the Downtown St. Paul New Horizon Academy! Leaving your child can make you feel uneasy, especially as a new parent, but I feel so comfortable leaving my son at daycare! They care, they listen, and they respect me and my family. I never have to worry about the safety of my son while I’m at work. I will always have great things to say about the New Horizon Academy in downtown St. Paul. My son has been attending since he was just a few months old and always looks forward to going. All of the staff really care for the children in their care. They are very communicative throughout the day and give updates on how he’s doing. They also give timely responses when I have questions, which helps me feel more at ease.
New Horizon Academy St. Paul Downtown has been a great partner in the growth and development of our kids. For the last 7 years, they have been a critical part of the village that helped raise our kids. They have such care, kindness, and so much patience. We have loved our time there and are sad to be done as both kids are now in elementary school.
