Our Denver daycare opened in 2018 and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. We offer high-quality childcare programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-kindergarteners, serving families in the Denver metro area. All of our childcare classrooms utilize an age-appropriate curriculum, which incorporates reading, STEAM, social-emotional learning, and more. I attended Community College of Denver and Pickens Technical College, where I studied Early Childhood Education and Human Services. I am Director Qualified through the state of Colorado. Our Denver early childhood center is open Monday-Friday every day with the exception of nine holidays:
*On Christmas Eve, New Horizon Academy closes at 3:00 p.m.
*If one of these holidays falls on a weekend, it will be observed on either Friday or Monday.
*Our school will remain open during inclement weather to ensure children still have access to quality childcare.
Our Denver school offers both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate the different needs of our families.

Yes! At New Horizon Academy Denver, we have an on-site cook trained in nutrition, USDA guidelines, and proper portions for young children. Our school provides nutritious and nourishing meals every day including breakfast, lunch, and snack. All meals are included in the cost of tuition.
If your child has a special nutritional need, a food allergy, or requires adaptation to our menu, please alert our school director, and we will partner with your family to create a suitable meal plan.

New Horizon Academy Denver Central Park has been such a blessing to our family. There are so many things that make NHA a special place. For one, the teachers are caring, attentive, and so loving. Two, the communication is great. We get so many daily updates which makes being away from our son all day much easier. Three, New Horizon Academy has such a family feel. It doesn’t feel like a “chain” daycare” – it feels like you’re part of a community with lots of support. And lastly, the facility itself. New Horizon Academy Central Park is new, clean, spacious, and they have great toys for the kids. Overall, our experience at New Horizon Academy has been a 10/10 and we couldn’t be happier with our decision!
I just relocated to Colorado and was in need of child care. New Horizon Academy took care of my needs, and I feel safe with my child there. He enjoys the school, the staff, and the other kids. The hours are great for accommodating parents’ busy schedules, and the location is convenient as well. The director is also awesome.
I can’t express how much gratitude I have for New Horizon Academy Central Park. The staff is like family, my son learns so much and is always so excited to see his friends everyday.
