Early Childhood Managerial Training (ECMT)

We are seeking professionals who have experience in childcare or a similar industry who would like to engage in a formal training program geared toward a management role at one of our centers. The ECMT program includes rotations at our centers and at our corporate office with a variety of mentors/trainers so that the ECMTs receive training on key areas such as curriculum execution, licensing, ProCare (enrollment/ tuition program), parent/customer relations and other key skills that Directors must possess. Upon completion of the program ECMT candidates are given priority consideration for management opportunities such as Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Director and Director roles.

All applicants MUST:

A minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education or related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in childcare.
Be able to work full-time (about 40 hours/week).
Have a passion for working with children!
