Employer Sponsored Corporate Care
We have developed a unique approach to the management of workplace childcare centers. We view operations as a partnership between the sponsor, parents, and New Horizon. This partnership is designed to meet the needs of clients who are committed to sponsoring a quality program but want to be relieved of the day-to-day responsibility of managing a childcare program.
New Horizon will take responsibility for management of the program, using childcare resources in a careful, cost-efficient manner, and for maintaining quality standards and policies. We recognize that each workplace has its own needs, operating realities, and culture. New Horizon has a clear understanding of the issues affecting childcare quality, and a philosophical commitment to meeting the needs of children and families in a supportive, positive manner.
Within the partnership, New Horizon will assure that the program is responding to the needs of the company’s employees. The program will operate according to quality standards, budget, and policies approved by the company. Each partnership can be customized and operated within specified guidelines and each company’s unique needs. New Horizon’s sophisticated understanding of the realities of employer-sponsored childcare will assure that the company gets the maximum return on its childcare investment, which include:

Corporate Discount Program
New Horizon Academy has partnered with select Minnesota and Idaho companies to provide a discount on weekly child care expenses for their employees. To be eligible for participation in this program, companies must have a local employee base of 400 or more. There is no cost to participating companies, but New Horizon does require that those companies sign an annual discount program agreement. Employees of participating companies who are enrolled at any New Horizon Academy receive a 10% weekly discount. A partial list of participating companies includes Northwest Airlines, Allina Hospitals and Clinics, Ameriprise Financial, Medica, and the Children’s Physician Network.
