New Horizon Academy selects its caregivers on the basis of their appreciation for children, positive attitude, and love of teaching. At the same time, we look at educational background and teaching experience in early childhood education. All of our caregivers meet or exceed all state and local licensing requirements. All staff must pass a background check, attend ongoing professional training, and are CPR and first aid certified. New Horizon Academy is extremely proud of its directors and caregivers, and we attribute our success to their understanding and belief in the New Horizon mission.
