New Horizon Academy selects high quality teachers who have an New Horizon Academy appreciation for children, positive attitude, and love of teaching. At New Horizon Academy, we value our teachers and want to see them thrive, which is why we are genuinely committed to providing the means, opportunities, and encouragement for each of our teachers to grow and develop to his or her full potential. All of our teachers meet, or exceed, the state and local licensing requirements, must pass a background check, attend ongoing professional training and are CPR and first aid certified.

At New Horizon Academy, 100 percent of our eligible programs in Minnesota are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young children (NAEYC), the recognized gold standard in the early education field. This is an accomplishment we are confident no other child care provider of our size has ever achieved.
